What is Stud Welding?
Stud welding includes Arc and Capacitor Discharge (CD) methods. Arc Stud Welding uses an electric arc to melt a stud and workpiece, creating strong joints for heavier applications. CD Stud Welding, in contrast, employs a rapid electrical charge to weld studs to thin materials, resulting in precise, clean welds with minimal distortion. Both techniques are valued in various industries for their efficiency and quality in handling different material thicknesses and applications.
